Ryubing game compatibility is not a single yes-or-no number. A title may boot, reach the menu, enter gameplay and still have broken graphics, audio, saves or late-game crashes. Compatibility can also change with a new emulator build, game update or graphics driver.
Before spending time on configuration, confirm what other users report for the same game version and platform. Read the report details instead of relying only on a status badge.
Understand common status labels
A bootable rating may only mean the application starts. Menu or in-game ratings indicate progressively more functionality, while playable normally means the main content can be completed with acceptable issues. Definitions can differ between trackers, so read each tracker’s criteria.
Match the tested versions
Compare the Ryubing build, game update, firmware, operating system and GPU driver used in a report. An old result can be misleading after major renderer or game changes. Mods and patches should be disabled when reproducing a compatibility test.
Check more than frame rate
Look for rendering errors, missing effects, audio desynchronisation, input problems, save corruption and crashes during transitions. A smooth first five minutes does not prove full compatibility. Back up saves before testing long sessions on an experimental build.
Use controlled troubleshooting
Start with default Ryubing settings and one clean game dump. If the title fails, verify keys, firmware and update installation before changing graphics options. Change one setting at a time so the successful fix can be identified.
Read issue reports and logs
Search the Ryubing issue tracker for the exact title and error. Include a clean log, hardware details and reproduction steps when reporting a new problem. Do not attach keys, firmware, games or other copyrighted files.
Expect compatibility to move
An update can fix one title and regress another. Keep a known working Ryubing build and save backup when a game is important to you. Updating immediately is optional unless a specific fix or security change is needed.
